Here's a small series of trees in the same diluted acrylic "watercolor" technique I used before. Each individual painting is 5.5" X 8.5". The total dimensions after matting is 19.5" x 10.5".Trees hold a special meaning for me, especially those that lose their leaves throughout their course. It's a true cycle of life. Spring brings fresh buds and flowers... child; Summer holds tight the green leaves rustling in the wind... adult; Fall is the turning of time where yellows, oranges, reds and browns are constantly changing... elder; Winter reveals their bare limbs and exposes them to the elements... spirit.
